How we work...
Every dbc customer has a dedicated telesales contact at their local depot. This ensures continuity and helps form a relationship between you and us at each dbc foodservice order point. We pride ourselves in forming partnerships with our customers rather than simply supplying them. Every one of our local sales team is professional, experienced and courteous, whilst being extremely knowledgeable about the foodservice arena.
Customers can call their nominated telesales person to place their order, or we can arrange to call you at a pre-determined date or time each week to ensure minimum disruption is caused to your busy working schedule. Calling at a pre-agreed 'quieter' times allows you to concentrate on your own business!

Each member of the team is put through an extensive training program to ensure that they understand every part of our business and supply process, from food sourcing and preparation, through to ordering and ultimate delivery to your door.
From our initial selection process for Account Managers through to initial and on-going training methods and support, you can ensure that whatever your issue, every team member will be able to deliver the level of product knowledge and sales support that you would expect from any major organisation.
