1. Participation in this scheme is only available to independent customers and is not available to any buying groups and/or national account holding customers.
2. To be entitled to receive the specified rewards you need to earn the required number of points stated next to each reward in the accompanying promotional material. You will only be able to redeem the points for the specified reward if you have the full required amount of points.
3. Points can be collected on all orders placed and delivered from Monday 12 September 2011 to and including Friday 30 December 2011.
4. 5. DBC accepts no responsibility for any computer or equipment failure resulting in the loss of calculations or records of reward points.
6. DBC reserves the right to vary or withdraw the scheme at any time.
7. All rewards are subject to availability and may be substituted at any time in the sole discretion of DBC.
8. DBC accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged rewards.
